Hello everyone,

after some hard months of preparation the lineup for this year's DENOVALI SWINGFEST is finally completed. It will happen for the first time on three days in a new venue - WESTSTADTHALLE ESSEN (GER). We've visited it a few times so far and it's a very impressing atmosphere. In total we've invited 21 artists (7 per day) from 9 different countries. The latest additions are Sunn O))) from the US, Jefre Cantu Ledesma together with the video artist Paul Clipson (both from the US as well) and Hauschka from Germany.

You can find the complete lineup with stream links and a short description below. The set of each band is as always as long as if they would play a single club show!

The tickets are available for purchasing at www.denovali.com/swingfest and also via www.ticketmaster.de and other ticket shops since a while - the pricing structure will be the same like last year:

- festival ticket (all 3 days) pre-selling: 70euro
- single day ticket pre-selling: 27 euro

Since CREVECOEUR last week sadly decided to stop the band, they won't play at this year's Swingfest. On board now is a brand new Denovali Records act from London called PETRELS. You can listen to the some tunes at www.denovali.com/petrels - the first releases on Denovali will be out in January. Because some people asked us last week: the festival currently is not sold out! There are still tickets available. Thanks a lot.

Due to personal reasons ZU needed to cancel their little Euro tour and therefore also the Swingfest 2011 participation. No need to cry - newly on board is the amazing SUBHEIM from Greece! Thanks.

In less than 2 weeks the DENOVALI SWINGFEST will finally start. We're accepting preorders paid via bank transfer for another week and paid via Paypal until September 28th. It also will be possible to buy a festival ticket and day tickets at doors. The door prices are:

single day yicket: 30.00 euro
festival ticket: 85.00 euro

Since a lot of people asked: Due to the room capacity we this year won't have a cinema room - but something similiar.
