NEW RELEASES
We're very happy to present you the brand new album of our Swedish chaps SWITCHBLADE. Since we're always fans of crazy ideas we're happy to announce that the band developed their own coffee blend with the nice people at Stockholm Roast. The coffee beans will be available w/ the limited edition 2xLP of this new full length. We are also offering a limited edition of coffee cups with a Switchblade design.

We're also finally releasing the long awaited wooden 4xLP collection box of the Polish jazz boys CONTEMPORARY NOISE SEXTET. The Cd Collection is also still available and now online for a discounted price. The 4xLP Box is limited to 200 copies and won't be repressed.

The phoenix has risen once again in a new shape and form. This time as a two-headed beast. The adjustment from trio to duo has been perfected over the course of the last 3 years and this album is the fruit of that labor. Switchblade is taking one big step forward and two steps backward. In three monumental movements, that spans over a period of 37 minutes, Switchblade plunges into an array of different dynamics. Always ebbing and flowing. This time joined by Per Wiberg (ex -Opeth, Spiritual Beggars, Clutch, Candlemass) on Hammond organ and The Cuckoo (Terra Tenebrosa), David Johansson (Kongh, The Eternal Void) and Lord Seth (Old Katatonia) on vocals. Switchblade are fans of Autopsy, Eagle Twin, Uriah Heep, Celtic Frost, Black Sabbath, Bohren & Der Club of Gore etc.. Less is still more.

CONTEMPORARY NOISE SEXTET – WOODEN 4xLP | 4xCd COLLECTION BOXES











Jazz music without jazz, film music without a movie, but something splendid instead. Despite the band's name suggesting noisy music for the chosen ones, the Contemporary Noise Sextet appears to be a revelation for everyone. Beautiful piano tunes in the dialogue with a brass section, simple and extraordinary emotional compositions leading to a climax which makes the flesh creep while listening. The Contemporary Noise Sextet impress with maturity and class - there's elegance as well as punk energy. The compositions are unbelievably spacious, but on the other hand all filled with instruments – ranging from a superb rhythm combo to a greatly equipped brass section. The roots of the most of ContemporaryNoise Sextet's musicians reach harder music – thus it is not a surprise that their compositions are vigorous and expressive.

There's no doubt that the CONTEMPORARY NOISE SEXTET currently is one of the most fascinating musical projects from Poland which catches the attention of both pure jazz fans and people who are interested in experimental instrumental music in general.
