So...after one week of holidays without having holidays at all we’re back with another milestone: We’re totally happy to realize our first vinyl box set together with the nice guys in FALL OF EFRAFA. We’re releasing the completely amazing WARREN OF SNARES TRILOGY in a perfectly designed 6xLP box. All the details as always below.

In addition to that also up for preorder are a FALL OF EFRAFA DVD retrospective of the final year of the band and another favourite release of the denovali guys: THE MEETING 2xLP collaboration of SELAXON LUTBERG and SUBINTERIOR from Italy. A stunning mixture of ambient tunes and natural soundscapes. We won't repress this one.

Last but not least we have another Schmankerl: a stunning deluxe book version of the KOM - INK 10''. It is completely hand-made and strictly limited to 30 pieces!

FALL OF EFRAFA – WARREN OF SNARES TRILOGY 6xLP BOX



FALL OF EFRAFA from the UK are a band based around a re-imagining of the mythological and political overtones in the book “watership down” by richard adams focusing their efforts in forwarding atheist/ animal rights ideologies. They write epic, heavy, melancholic music taking influences from postrock, postmetal, ambient black metal, hardcore, punk etc.- being a concept band the cornerstones of the bands discography have been fixed right from the start: the trilogy collectively known as “the warren of snares” – owsla, elil and inlé.

This trilogy – together with the remix record tharn – is now available as a fabulous 6x LP box collection. The box includes:

A restrospective of the final year of Fall of efrafa, a concept post hardcore band based around their own interpretation of the novel "watership down" who garnered a modest yet dedicated following in the five years of their existence. Over an hour of footage shot during their only US tour and their final european tour. Includes comprehensive interviews, and photo section.

SELAXON LUTBERG + SUBINTERIOR 2xLP



stunning 4-part collaborative series between these 2 Italian ambient artists, released together in one glorious 2xLP set! Originally released on Selaxon Lutberg's own label, Cold Current Productions, each part is dedicated to a season and was released separately on 3" CD-R in an edition of only 50 copies. We (denovali + murkhouse) just thought this was too good to be heard by so few people and limited to the CD-R format, though. Beginning with Winter Meeting and going through the seasons in order to end with Fall Meeting, each part will be given one side of 12" vinyl. The mood on each part is slightly different, reflective of the mood or feel of its respective season, ranging from cold, icy textures to warm, soothing ambience.

The only thing that counts is the music. That's the perfect sentence to describe the work of KOM from germany. They don't care about expectations and release dates. That's the reason why we needed to wait that long for the follow up of their marvelous debut ''Plazaobelisk''. They used to be labeled 'postrock' some years ago – but if you expect another copy of Explosions In The Sky this band isn't something for you. KOM are different. They have their own approach and they're writing music which is far away from commercial goals or established genre clichés. 7 songs... the perfect soundtrack for calm and rainy days... in the 60's... in a world without the internet....
